creamy cheesecake pie

This recipe was from kraft, I believe.  V Good
 
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons water
1 8 oz package of cream cheese soft
1 container 8 oz of sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 tea vanilla extract
 
In small microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water.  Let stand 3 mins.  In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.  Bea tw/electric mixer till smooth.  Transfer softened gelatin to microwave for 15 to 30 seconds on HIGH.  Stir until smooth.  With mixer running, pour gelatin into cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.  Pour over crust and smooth top.
 
Can put berries on top!!
